Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll have the autonomy to lead a small but dynamic sales team, working alongside the Global Sales Office (GSO) to maximise sales opportunities and exceed revenue targets.You Will:
  • Collaborate closely with the revenue management team to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies tailored to each segment of the market.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders, leveraging your industry expertise and network to drive sales and secure lucrative partnerships.
  • Lead and inspire your sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure they deliver exceptional results and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotions, enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement across all channels.
  • Plan and coordinate high-profile events and activations, working closely with internal departments and external partners to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
  • Manage the sales budget, optimising resources and expenditures to achieve maximum ROI and ensure profitability.
Your Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years in Senior sales/ management within the luxury hotel sector or similar, with the ability to demonstrate a mastery of upscale clientele service and industry standards.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, driving innovative business development strategies.
  • Extensive industry exposure, adept at building and maintaining a robust network of contacts and partnerships.
  • Exceptional communicator and presenter, skilled in articulating value propositions and negotiating deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Deep appreciation for luxury and quality, ensuring every interaction and decision reflects our brand's ethos.
  • Proficient in MS Office for data analysis and reporting, Opera PMS for efficient property management, and Delphi for streamlined event planning and coordination.
