- Lead generation & prospecting, Sales pipeline management (CRM systems)
- Assist with recruitment activities within the GTO to meet client needs and contribute to consistent increases in commencement numbers.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients to ensure high-level customer satisfaction
- Understanding business goals and set plans to achieve, ability to attend after hours events to promote AGA AES services
- Develop and maintain a strong ability to articulate and communicate the value of the GTO to new and existing clients
- Networking ability and working in collaboration
- A minimum of 2-3 years' of experience in Business development in apprenticeship services
- Experience in planning, developing and managing mentoring programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Experience in or qualifications across business administration, marketing and or management and commerce & Finance
- Ability to meet set targets and KPIs
- National Police Check, Working with Children Check, and valid Driver's Licence (or willingness to obtain)
