Senior Business Development Executive – Industrial Services, Accommodation & Aged Care SectorsThis national role suits a senior commercial operator with deep B2B sales experience and a track record of winning and growing large, long-term customer accounts. You will lead strategic sales growth across the accommodation and aged care sectors, with a clear mandate to expand market share and deliver EBITDA outcomes. The role does not involve people management.Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will work closely with operational leaders across Australia and New Zealand to align customer demand with delivery capability. You will also manage high-value sales conversations, pricing and proposal development and the execution of commercial strategy across your sectors.Key responsibilities:
  • Lead sector-specific sales planning, forecasting and pipeline development
  • Secure and grow national accounts through proactive engagement and strategic negotiation
  • Collaborate with site leaders to ensure operational readiness matches commercial opportunity
  • Respond to tenders, coordinate bid content and shape client proposals
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform product, pricing and engagement strategy
  • Maintain high-level account relationships, guiding retention and renewals
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven B2B services sales success across complex, national or service-based markets
  • Experience in selling to aged care, accommodation or related industries
  • Strength in long-cycle sales, contract negotiation and revenue forecasting
  • Ability to navigate financial metrics, sales performance data and margin analysis
  • Skilled communicator, comfortable engaging with C-suite, procurement and operational stakeholders
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce or similar
