  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across the commercial and industrial (C&I) sector.
  • Maintain a clear and active sales pipeline to support consistent growth.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives to generate and engage high-quality leads through digital channels.
  • Develop, manage and deliver tailored business proposals, pricing structures and contractual documentation aligned with client needs.
  • Confidently use CRM platforms and digital tools to manage leads and track activity.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to support strategic sales planning.
The Successful ApplicantA successful applicant should have:
  • A degree in Business or Engineering (renewable energy, power systems, or mechanical preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales or business development.
  • Industry experience in renewables; such as hydrogen, solar, energy or off-grid power generation.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Confident using CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
