Job Description:The CompanyOur client is a leading public hospital that is dedicated to undertaking research into finding cures and providing care for thousands of Australians who are suffering from terminal diseases each year.The RoleThe CRM Enhancement Lead will manage and optimise the organisation's CRM, ensuring it meets business needs while delivering a seamless user experience. This role leads system enhancements, drives workflow improvements, and empowers users with effective tools and solutions.Partnering with stakeholders and supported by a Business Analyst, the Lead owns the enhancement roadmap-from planning and prioritisation through to delivery. Success requires strong Agile project management skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams. Sitting within the Data and Analytics team, this role is key to driving the continuous development and evolution of the Blackbaud CRM.Your ProfileTo be the successful candidate you will have experience in the following areas:

Lead the ongoing development and delivery of CRM enhancements that support evolving business needs.
Drive backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and release cycles to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
Design, implement, and test new CRM features, integrations, and process automations.
Monitor system performance, resolve issues quickly, and maintain high data quality and integrity.
Champion a great user experience by supporting training, adoption, and change management initiatives.
Manage and collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and consultants to deliver CRM outcomes.
Align the CRM roadmap with organisational goals, ensuring enhancements deliver strategic value.
Report on CRM progress, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams.
