The Role:You will be exposed to different operations and aspects of the business which will help you to advance in your career and growth. You will oversee bars, dining outlets, functions, gaming and all staffing requirements, all reporting to the General Manager.To be considered for this job you will need:
Experience in a similar management role.
Strong Experience in food and beverage operation highly desirable
Be a community focused individual.
Have a hands on approach to the role and be able to support the floor team in every area
Must be a team player and not above getting your hands dirty
Exceptional communication skills.
Self motivated and able to lead from the front.
Solid financial knowledge is a bonus.
Work well under pressure and adapts to change.
