- Oversee payroll and time management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements and company policies
- Process end-to-end payroll, including all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations
- Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave management
- Respond to payroll-related enquiries and generate reports as required
- Prepare payroll reconciliations, reports, and financial summaries to support management decision-making and compliance
- Contribute to payroll and finance projects, identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
- 3+ years end to end Payroll processing experience
- Keypay software experience strongly regarded
- Exposure to Construction EBAs and Awards strongly regarded
- Permanent Residency or Citizenship
