- Project Delivery: Leading (complex) projects to diagnose, evaluate and implement solutions to improve customer and employee experience
- Stakeholder management: Leading cross functional teams, sponsors and partners across different areas of the business in the uplift of process capability and maturity
- Process Redesign: Performing data analysis of existing business process performance, pin-pointing root causes of poor performance and designing solutions to improve
- Strategic Program CX Support: Provide advice on product and process design initiatives ensuring Customer is at the forefront of discussion
- 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - with flexible hours to suit!
