- Master Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across multiple workstreams.
- Planning Integration: Align program timelines with design, procurement, approvals, construction, and close-out phases. Assign tasks and set deadlines.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, forecast risks, and support on-time delivery through proactive tracking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the wider project team to validate assumptions, sequencing, and resource availability.
- Reporting: Generate clear and concise reports, including lookaheads, critical paths, and delays.
- Continuous Improvement: Optimise scheduling practices and recommend efficiencies that support project and business performance.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in project scheduling or planning in the construction/infrastructure sector.
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Analytical Strength: Ability to interpret construction methodology and translate into structured programs.
- Communication: Able to clearly explain schedule logic, challenges, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Discipline: Strong personal organisation and attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset.
