- To establish Schedule management and controls processes to achieve the best outcome for the projects.
- Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.
- Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
- Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
- Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
- Conduct delay analysis and issue reports.
- Collaborate with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractors program
- Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
- Experience of handling Mission Critical projects independently is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end project processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
