Intro to the roleKickstart a riveting career while at school or as a 1st year in a Carpentry Apprenticeship and craft your dream into realty!About the rolePartnering with one of Gippsland's largest residential builders located in Sale, AGA is offering part-time school based and 1st year Carpentry Apprenticeships.Working for a family operated business, formally awarded Employer of the Year, the successful apprentices will be immersed in foundational skills that will allow them to establish a career within domestic new builds, renovations and extensions, while studying Certificate III in Carpentry.From measuring and cutting, to constructing walls and stairs, a career in carpentry is only one nail away from becoming a reality.What you will be doing
  • Develop in-demand carpentry skills like measuring, cutting, and assembling
  • Work with wood to construct walls, ceilings, stairs, roofs - bring structures to life!
  • Finish school or be a 1st Year while training in a supportive team environment
  • Kickstart your carpentry career with an industry leader
  • Gain practical experience in the safe use of power tools and hand tools
  • Participate in regular training and development to enhance your carpentry knowledge and skills
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Complete other tasks as directed
