We currently have over 300+ staff nationally.Job DescriptionDue to continued growth and strong demand, our Dutton Automotive Buying Services team have opportunities available to join us!The key focus of these integral roles are to proactively source and purchase vehicles on behalf of the business, to achieve strong results and profitability.We are seeking team players with either (1) previous experience in automotive sales, buying or wholesale or (2) a strong desire to learn, with the right drive and skills, who will be provided mentoring and on the job training. Highly motivated to achieve results, the successful incumbent will be offered autonomy and excellent flexibility to get the job done!Qualifications

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills,
Australian Police Check
Strong commitment and hunger for success,
Ability to work autonomously and within a team, plus;
Ability to think on their feet!
Knowledge of luxury European and unique vehicles.
A minimum of 2 years experience in purchasing vehicles from the private or wholesale market.
Strong eye for detail with a proven ability to visually inspect a vehicles condition
A growth mindset with a strong desire to learn and have constant.
