We encourage applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.The Tours Manager is responsible for leading and driving the dedicated Tours department through effective customer service and logistic management.Job DescriptionLead the overall operations of the Tours division, ensuring high-quality guest experiences through exceptional service delivery, logistics management, and product development.Drive the recruitment, training, and development of Indigenous and non-Indigenous tour guides, championing sustainable employment and cultural engagement.Maintain key stakeholder relationships, including Parks Australia and Traditional Owners, promoting respectful collaboration and community involvement.Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: AUD 79,000 to 89,000 per annum, inclusive of superannuation.
