• Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a variety of contracts, including SaaS agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and scalability.
• Advise and collaborate with sales, partners, procurement, and other departments to manage agreements and business activities effectively.
• Work with the People team to address local employment law matters and employee relations.
• Offer comprehensive legal support for global and local business needs.

• 7 + years of experience as an in-house lawyer or in a leading law firm, with a strong focus on Commercial IT transactions and contracts
• Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements, including professional services, business, and IPT contracts.
• Strong strategic thinking, legal judgment, and ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines, with exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
