- Drafting, negotiation and execution of a range of contracts and agreements.
- Assist with legal tasks, business projects and initiatives.
- Researching, advising and training on matters including general insurance and broader corporate and commercial matters.
- Provide support to the business, including underwriting, claims and marketing on various legal matters as they arise.
- Contribute to an effective team environment by interacting professionally with all team members and providing, support and assistance as required.
- Proactively seek to improve legal operations and self through continuous evaluation and improvement of practices and processes.
- A Bachelor of Laws degree is essential.
- Admitted to an Australian jurisdiction with a current practicing certificate.
- Minimum three years PQE ideally in insurance but other financial services experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships.
