
Program Manager - Network Delivery Office

- Manage a multi-year transformation roadmap to deliver strategic objectives.
- Plan and execute end-to-end transformation programs to drive improvement and reduce enterprise risk.
- Lead the development of status, compliance, financial, and benefits reporting for executive steering and governance forums.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate program-level risks.
- Operationalize improvement initiatives by enabling teams and delivering targeted training.
- Leverage tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to enhance program delivery.
- Monitor compliance with delivery frameworks and governance tools.
- Partner with the enterprise PMO to align on transformation reporting and program integration.
- Uplift program management frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Lead benefits realisation tracking and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Program and Project Management qualifications and/or exposure in a transformational environment, preferably in Telco or utilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience working in a PMO.
- Extensive experience working to governance principles.
- Experience in reviewing and facilitating user story development, workshop facilitation, and process mapping.
- Extensive program management experience leading transformation programs.
- Proven experience in presenting complex concepts meaningfully.
- 3 days in the office, 2 days remote - with flexible hours to suit!
