- Drafting and formatting policy and procedure documents.
- Aid in drafting and formatting grant applications.
- Coordinate internal and external organisational tasks.
- Scheduling for various meetings and events.
- Supporting WHS processes.
- Support with HR-related activities
- Other general business operations and administration as required.
- Manage payroll for employees and contractors.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Coordinate vendor payments, purchase orders, and purchasing processes.
- Aid in drafting and formatting promotional material, including newsletters, social media posts (e.g. LinkedIn) and other marketing collateral
- Assist in the preparation of pitch decks and other presentation materials.
- Assist with drafting and assembling board packs.
- Compile and graph data for reports and presentations (e.g. spreadsheets, dashboards, visualisations) to support reporting needs.
- Prepare and record weekly meeting minutes and help to keep other internal documentation up to date.
- Manage light updates to website content (e.g. team bios, press releases, copy changes).
- 3+ years in an administrative, operations, or EA/PA role.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Xero and productivity applications (Slack, Notion, Trello, etc.)
- Experience with basic financial processes (e.g. payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting).
- Excellent writing, grammar, and formatting abilities.
- Confidence working with data and creating simple visualisations.
- Comfort with ambiguity and evolving processes in a rapidly growing environment.
