As a member of our team, you won't just work for the city; you’ll co-create it.City of Newcastle (CN) is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Back of House Operations Coordinator to join our Civic Services team for a fixed term of 14 months, commencing in November.As our Back of House Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a back of house (Commissionaires) team to ensure exceptional customer experiences, venue presentation, security, and operational support is achieved across City Venues’ function spaces, including City Hall, Fort Scratchley and 12 Stewart Ave. Through your work, you’ll have a behind the scenes pass to Newcastle's evolution as you shape our future as a liveable, inclusive city.This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure efficient arrival and departure logistics, professional venue presentation is maintained, and safety standards (including accessibility requirements) are upheld.
