- Lead TasNetworks' regulatory and compliance strategy.
- Drive transmission and distribution revenue resets.
- Oversee pricing functions and transmission billing.
- Manage relationships with regulators, policy makers, and industry bodies.
- Build organisational understanding of the regulatory environment and its business impacts.
- Provide expert advice on market reform, energy policy, and economic regulation.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team through ongoing change.
- 5+ years' senior leadership experience, ideally in the energy or other regulated utility sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, Economics, or Engineering-or equivalent high-level experience.
- Detailed knowledge of economic regulation, pricing, and compliance.
- Experience leading large-scale, complex strategic initiatives.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
- A proven track record of delivering regulatory and compliance strategies in challenging and changing environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messages to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams through change and evolution.
