You will lead delivery of a high-value industrial project —a strategically positioned precinct in Melbourne’s west. The development is valued at approximately $17 million and reflects a dynamic, quality-driven approach characteristic of leading industrial property firms.Key Responsibilities
Take full accountability for end-to-end project delivery—from inception through commissioning.
Plan, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders (clients, authorities, subcontractors).
Report regularly on project progress, budget performance, and milestone achievements.
Required Experience & Skills
Demonstrated experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10–25 million range.
Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
Sound understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
