The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to our client based in Hendeson, this is a 4on 4off rotating Nights and Days. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, be the face of MSS Security. Additionally, there are prospects for advancement to a security supervisor position, which will be further elaborated upon during interviews.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection
- Perform screening of all personnel entering premises
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Enforce rules and bi-laws, including moving people on where necessary
- Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required
You must hold a current NV1 clearance for this role
- Must be an Australian citizen
- Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Current WA driver’s license (C- class is preferred)
