
Senior Consultant - Strategic Client Projects (Education Technology)

- Leading high-impact client rollouts of Compass’s platform across curriculum, student wellbeing, administration, and parent engagement.
- Engaging senior school leaders (principals, deputy principals, IT directors) to understand pain points and design tailored onboarding and transformation journeys.
- Managing implementation programs across multiple work streams (data migration, training, configuration, change) with a focus on velocity and value.
- Partnering with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, Engineering) to ensure execution aligns with strategic goals and client outcomes.
- Analysing workflows and driving process transformation using data and insight to optimise school operations.
- Mentoring junior consultants and collaborating across projects to continuously improve our implementation playbooks.
- Contributing to strategic growth, including playbook development, new segment design, and future-facing delivery capabilities.
- 2–4+ years’ experience in consulting, enterprise software delivery and/or strategic project implementation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- A structured problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail.
- Experience working directly with clients, including executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and calm client presence.
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves, adapt, and lead from the front.
- Exposure to or interest in education, public sector, or enterprise transformation.
- (Bonus) Experience with implementation frameworks, change management, and process redesign.
