Job Description :This is a remote position.ABOUT THE CLIENT:Our client has built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, meticulous construction and maintenance services across New South Wales. The company brings broad experience and technical expertise across multiple industries.JOB SUMMARY:We are seeking a programmer to assist our team with the preparation of construction programs in Microsoft Project to support tender submissions. The focus of this role is the efficient and accurate setup of tender programs, with secondary support in documenting construction methodologies where required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop tender programs in Microsoft Project (average 5 per week, up to 8 in peak weeks).Translate client tender documentation, scopes of work, and technical specifications into clear project schedules.Liaise with the estimating and project management teams to align programs with project objectives.Make adjustments and revisions as needed prior to tender submission.Update programs for live projects.Secondary: Assist with preparation of construction methodologies to accompany programs.RequirementsSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient in Microsoft Project (essential).

Proven experience in developing construction programs for tenders and/or live projects.

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, methodologies, and project workflows.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
