- Maintain awareness of large and complex claim-related matters, assisting claims colleagues in negotiating equitable settlements.
- Stay informed about major classes of General insurance and relevant legislation, ensuring compliance and knowledge of new developments.
- Tier 1 qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio of large commercial and corporate accounts.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent client service skills, delivering technical, administrative, and consulting support.
- A desire to advance your career towards becoming a Principal.
- The ability to service clients professionally and in a timely manner.
