Join one of Queensland's leading residential home builders, renowned for delivering high-quality homes and innovative design solutions.With a strong pipeline of work and a supportive team culture, we are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Draftsperson / Master Draftsperson to play a key role in their drafting department.About the RoleYou will be responsible for producing accurate and efficient Revit documentation across a wide range of residential home designs.This role requires someone with a strong eye for detail, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to lead, guide, and support other team members.Working closely with designers, estimators, and construction teams, you'll help bring our client's dream homes to life.Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain high-quality Revit drawings and documentation for residential homes
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with building codes and company standards
Collaborate with design, estimating, and construction teams to resolve design and buildability issues
Mentor and support junior drafters, sharing expertise and knowledge
Drive continuous improvement in drafting systems, templates, and processes

About You:

Minimum 5+ years' experience in residential drafting using Revit
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and NCC/BCA requirements
Proven experience in leading or mentoring drafting teams
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
