This program is focused on strengthening security posture, driving compliance, and embedding cyber resilience across the organisation.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are well defined, risks are clearly understood, and solutions are effectively delivered. This is an initial 12 month FTC.The opportunity #yourroleBy joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

Lead business analysis activities across multiple cyber uplift initiatives.
Collaborate with cyber, risk, and technology teams to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Support initiatives aligned to ISO 27001, Identity & Access Management (IDA), Authentication controls, and Network Segmentation.
Partner with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to support solution design.
Work closely with project managers, architects, and security SMEs to ensure initiatives meet both compliance and business needs.
Contribute to change management and adoption activities to embed cyber uplift initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within cyber security, IT risk, or related programs.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with:

ISO 27001 frameworks
Identity & Access Management (IDA)
Authentication mechanisms
Network segmentation principles
Demonstrated ability to work with both technical SMEs and business stakeholders.
Excellent documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, program-driven environment.

Highly Regarded Experience (Bonus):

Background in Telecommunications or Energy sector organisations.
Exposure to large-scale cyber uplift or security transformation programs.
