Senior Business Analyst (Project Generalist) - Daily Rate ContractClassification: Information & Communication Technology, Business & Systems Analysts Contract Type: Daily Rate Contract - 6-12 Months Rate: $1050 - $1200 per day (inclusive of superannuation)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Business Analyst for a daily rates contract. This is a critical, front-facing role on a significant program of work across major digital transformation programs in the utilities space.You will be a key player in a major initiative to replace a decades-old legacy system with a modern technology stack. This is a true Project Generalist position, requiring you to provide end-to-end business analysis across a portfolio of complex, interconnected projects, including an upgrade to Maximo 9, the modern standard for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and a core transition from the legacy Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) to the new Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) platform. Your experience with integrated design and holistic solutions is essential, as you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless outcome across all workstreams.This is a highly collaborative and engaging position. You will act as the key liaison between a diverse range of stakeholders, from front-line operational teams to senior leadership and external customers.Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience working on large-scale, complex projects.A background in the utilities, water, or other asset-intensive sectors is essential.Mandatory experience with integrated design projects and outcomes.Specific, hands-on experience with a combination of the following is highly desirable: Oracle EPM/EBS, Maximo, or other leading enterprise resource planning and asset management systems.Exceptional front-facing stakeholder and customer engagement skills are non-negotiable.A "generalist" mindset with the ability to adapt to different project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, IT, or a related field. Professional certifications are a plus.
