
Senior Financial Accountant

- Manage month-end processes including journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, and IFRS adjustments
- Prepare and analyse financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and budget variances
- Reconcile property management accounts across various asset classes
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely month-end close
- Support project cost tracking and reconciliation with budgeting systems
- CA or CPA qualified (or currently completing)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting, ideally within property, funds management, or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with large accounting systems (MRI essential)
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a willingness to contribute to a positive team culture
