This position is essential for the successful execution and delivery of residential construction projects throughout Brisbane's North side and Moreton Bay.

Lead and guide trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with WH&S requirements, quality standards, and project time lines.
Set an example with a strong work ethic and high standards for subcontractors.
Schedule and release work orders to trades, subcontractors, and suppliers using Onsite Companion.
Monitor project progress, update milestones, and maintain accurate forecasting in Onsite Companion.
Provide regular progress updates to Construction Administration staff.
Inspect work to meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements:

Previous Supervisory experience in a high volume market - QBCC Site Supervisors License mandatory
Strong computer skills - able to operate On-Site Companion
Evidence of proactive qualities and ability to work autonomously
Longevity with previous employers who can provide reference checks
Outgoing, friendly personality
Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
Trade Certificate in carpentry or similar.
