We are currently working with a well-regarded boutique practice in Melbourne seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of quality residential conveyancing files, working in a supportive environment that values both professional growth and work-life balance.THE ROLE
Day-to-day responsibilities include:Managing residential conveyancing files from start to finishPreparing contracts of sale, section 32s, and transfer documentationDuties Online, PEXA settlements, and verification of identityLiaising with clients, agents, banks, and external stakeholdersEnsuring files are compliant and deadlines are metABOUT YOU
To be successful, you will have:4+ years' experience in residential conveyancing in VictoriaEither Conveyancer or Licensed Conveyancer qualificationsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent communication and client service skillsThe ability to work independently while contributing to a teamBENEFITSQuality residential work with strong client relationshipsCompetitive remuneration and supportive team cultureOpportunity to grow and take on greater responsibilityTO APPLY
