- Managing conveyancing files end-to-end, from initial instruction through to settlement.
- Handling residential and commercial property transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Preparing documentation, correspondence, and PEXA settlements.
- Providing exceptional client care, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.
- Working closely with the property team while maintaining autonomy over your matters.
- Contributing to the success of the practice through your initiative and professionalism.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Conveyancer or Paralegal in Queensland.
- Proven ability to manage conveyancing files independently from A-Z.
- High-level organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client interaction.
- Professional presentation with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in software systems including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PEXA.
