1 of 4 Paralegals with an Administration AssistantThe roleAs a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will be running Qld residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Your duties will include -

Dealing with the clients, Agents, Brokers and other Solicitors
Contract perusal, on line searches,
Following up on outstanding conditions,
Settlement statements, PEXA settlements
and general file management duties.

Your experienceYou will have a minimum of 4 years Qld Conveyancing Paralegal experience.The Law Firm / Benefits / SalaryWell established law firm based at Bundall. 6 staff in total.
