- Oversee day-to-day Refrigeration/HVAC operations supporting the Area Manager.
- Perform maintenance, fault finding, and minor projects on HVAC/R assets.
- Interpret HVAC schematics and use testing devices effectively.
- Ensure service delivery meets contract standards and client expectations.
- Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional work.
- Supervise and mentor Apprentices and subcontractors.
- Experience in a similar role covering team leadership
- Strong customer communication, relationship building & service delivery skills.
- Knowledge of OHS & E policies and compliance.
- Relevant trade license required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen due to security clearance requirements.
