- Strategic HR Partnering: Partner with senior leaders and two Associate Directors to align people strategies with business transformation priorities. Bring insight, rigour, and strong relationships to the table.
- Organisation & Capability Design: Shape future-fit org structures, enabling smarter, leaner operating models. Help leaders future-proof their teams through the right capability mix, especially across legacy tech environments transitioning to modern platforms.
- Leading Change at Scale: Support enterprise-level change, re-orgs, and operating model shifts. Guide leaders through ambiguity, sustain engagement, and help embed change for long-term success.
- Leadership Coaching & Performance Enablement: Coach leaders to lead with confidence, manage performance constructively, and build inclusive, engaged teams that thrive through transformation.
- Delivering Fit-for-Purpose People Solution: Work hand-in-hand with P&C Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable, tailored people solutions that address the evolving needs of the technology and cyber portfolios.
- Enterprise Influence: Represent the P&C function with credibility. Operate at the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) level when needed and champion enterprise-wide people and culture initiatives.
- Strong Enterprise HR Expertise - Deep experience in complex, mature organisational settings - ideally in technology-rich environments (e.g. telco, banking, insurance) where modernisation, not scale-up, is the mission.
- Change Leadership Credentials - Proven track record delivering structural change, workforce transition, and culture realignment at scale.
- Tech & Cyber Fluency - Able to engage confidently with technology and cyber leaders, understand legacy vs. modern tech stack challenges, and speak the language of technical teams.
- Leadership Capability Building - Experienced in enabling and coaching leaders to take accountability, drive performance, and role model culture.
- Data & Commercial Acumen - Brings insight and commercial thinking, using people data and digital tools to inform decisions and measure success.
- Qualification - Degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related discipline. AHRI certification desirable.
