Our client is a market-leading, ASX-listed organisation. They are seeking two Workday Architects to work on their digital initiatives.
- Relevant Workday functional experience with 5 years of hands-on experience in solution design; delivery and implementation.
- Previous experience in the mining sector is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in Workday functional modules
Key accountabilities
Platform design
- Develop and define solutions that address both functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business strategies.
- Experience in full life-cycle Workday implementation with strong technical skills in Workday module.
- Configure and implement Workday modules
- Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to capture business requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into viable technical solutions.
- Work with technical teams to support data migration, integrations, and reporting.
- Contribute to the design of detailed functional and technical design documents, including application, data, integration, and security layers, ensuring consistency with enterprise architectural standards while assisting in the generation of new partners and standards where required

- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for solution architectures, technical frameworks, system components, and integration strategies, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
Key accountabilities
Platform design
- To design, code, test, correct and document large and/or complex platforms and platforms modifications(customizations/extensions) from supplied specifications using agreed standards and tools
- Handle all Administrative duties including the deployments, release, security, and maintenance of the platforms agreed.
- Experience in full life-cycle Workday implementation with strong technical skills in Workday module.
- Configure and implement Workday modules
- Work closely with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to capture business requirements, identify pain points, and translate them into viable technical solutions.
- Work with technical teams to support data migration, integrations, and reporting.
- Creates and communicates multiple design views to balance stakeholders' concerns and to satisfy functional and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to the design of detailed functional and technical design documents, including application, data, integration, and security layers, ensuring consistency with enterprise architectural standards while assisting in the generation of new partners and standards where required
- Work with technical teams to support data migration, integrations, and reporting
- Provide operational support for the data pipeline and analytics infrastructure.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation for solution architectures, technical frameworks, system components, and integration strategies, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders
