About the role:Service Delivery Transformation Command (SDTC) is a specialist area within Victoria Police that works across the organisation to design, develop and implement a service delivery model that will better enable Victoria Police to serve the community by:
predicting emerging and future demands;
creating more flexible and evidence-based responses to demand;
making best use of information, diverse expertise and technology;

SDTC's is seeking an organised and efficient team player for the position of Project Administrator. This role will provide a range of project activities and administrative support services across the broad range of projects and teams within the Emerging Technologies Unit.Part of a team responsible for implementing strategic transformational projects for Victoria Police, this position will be able to work independently and as part of multiple teams. Using their strong project support and communication skills, this position will effectively balance competing demands with minimal supervision and provide project support across the project teams, including undertaking research, producing project reports, developing agendas, minutes, presentations, and managing project/meeting registers as required.This position must have experience in the provision of high-quality administrative support services and a demonstrated record of strong commitment and achievement in meeting customer needs.Victoria Police is a contemporary and agile workplace and supports flexible working arrangements.Your duties will include:
Coordinating high level meetings on behalf of the Emerging Technology Unit.
Researching a broad range of issues as required.
Managing and maintaining office systems.
Maintaining accurate records in line with best practice.
Prioritising competing work demands to meet strict timelines.
Assisting the project teams with project support and associated outputs as required.
Providing project support across the Command.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
Experience providing high quality administrative support.
Experience in managing office systems, including implementing changes to improve efficiency.
Understanding of project methodologies and experience participating in project activities.
Well-developed research skills.
Demonstrated understanding of customer service.
Well-developed communication skills (written and oral).
Well-developed time management skills.
Strong integrity and discretion.
Requirements and relevant information:
One (1) x full time, fixed to 30 June 2026 position available.
This position is located at Victoria Police Centre, 311 Spencer Street, Docklands.
