Great Opportunity! Our client who is a manufacturing leader in the electrical cable industry are seeking to appoint a Project Administrator. Based in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs, this really is a fantastic company to work for!Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with or lead project planning, scheduling, and execution activities
  • Track progress against project timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk registers
  • Monitor project budgets and support with financial reporting
  • Assist with procurement processes and contract administration
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and expectations
  • Identify potential issues or delays and assist in developing mitigation plans
  • Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Stakeholder / customer management experience
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a project support or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or Asana) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
