- Act as the first point of contact for employees and casual staff, providing support and managing workforce planning and workflow to maximise productivity.
- Lead the team to meet service expectations by delivering consistent, high-quality work and managing performance of staff.
- Report safety issues in HIIQA and participate in or assist with OHS investigations and audits.
- Maintain clear communication, accurate records, and attention to detail.
- Prepare and lead meetings to ensure effective communication across the site.
- Identify and escalate behavioural, safety or policy-related concerns.
- Strong commitment to Safety and Quality.
- Strong People Skills: A proactive & positive approach to building morale and the ability to set priorities for a team to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Excellent Communication: Clear written & verbal communication with attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and trouble shooting abilities.
- Familiarity with working knowledge of the Hanes warehouse operation.
- Computer Literacy: Competent with relevant systems and tools.
- Fitness: Able to meet the physical demands and requirements of the role
