This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to guide a high-performing team, streamline processes, and contribute to our ongoing success.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and supporting all areas of operations throughout the shift. You’ll provide day-to-day guidance to your team, maintain high standards of safety and accuracy, and help drive continuous improvement across the function. To be successful, you will:

Lead and motivate a team to meet nightly operational and performance targets
Champion a strong safety culture aligned with Hanes values
Oversee operational accuracy, stock integrity, and reporting
Provide training and support to team members, fostering development
Communicate effectively with peers and management across the shift
Contribute to improvement initiatives and operational excellence

Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will:

Have demonstrated leadership experience or acted in a leadership capacity within a warehouse or inventory environment
Display a strong commitment to safety, quality, and performance outcomes
Be confident using warehouse systems and have solid computer literacy
Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
Be highly organised, proactive, and able to lead by example
Be physically fit and capable of performing warehouse duties
