- Full-time, maximum-term contract with the possibility of extension

- Salary: $110,000–$130,000 + superannuation

- Developing and maintaining detailed program and project schedules in MS Project Online
- Creating and updating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and milestone tracking
- Collaborating across teams to gather inputs, align timelines, and identify risks
- Supporting internal stakeholders with scheduling advice, reporting, and training
- Maintaining data integrity across SharePoint, MS Project, and Power BI systems
- Contributing to continuous improvement in scheduling and planning processes
- Managing resource allocations and identifying optimisation opportunities
- Presenting insights and contributing to project governance
- 5+ years of experience as a Scheduler, Planner, or Program Coordinator
- Strong working knowledge of MS Project Online (including admin functions)
- Experience with SharePoint and Power BI highly desirable
- Relevant project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK)
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Experience outside of construction (e.g. energy, policy, training, or public sector) preferred
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery
