Please respond to the job if you are an Australian Citizen with NV1 clearance and residing in Australia.A Senior Project Manager (PM) will be required to manage one large and complexproject (including Ministerial imperative projects) or several medium or small projectssimultaneously. They will need to be able to work independently and manage the work oflarge, blended teams of APS, contractor, and vendor staff to successfully deliversignificant outcomes for Services Australia. Senior PMs will also be required to functionas Scrum Masters. This role entails acting as a Servant Leader and coordinating thework of one or more multi-disciplinary teams, either as an independent MDT or within alarger Agile Release Train. In this role Scrum Masters function as expert stakeholdermanagers and problem solvers, acting as an interface between the MDT and manydifferent other teams in order to remove blockers to work progressing.Key Tasks-Duties:Manage, lead and deliver projects that may have an agency wide impact.Build effective relationships and achieve negotiation outcomes with internal andexternal stakeholders.Assist in coordinating and managing human and financial resources, workflow and teamperformance.Prepare and contribute to papers, minutes, presentations, and correspondence.Gather and investigate information from diverse sources.Work in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals.Propose and implement innovations within a culture of continuous improvement.Contribute to Service Australia organisational strategy and culture road map.
