Send your responses toServices Australia is seeking to identify suitable Candidates to perform the role of Program,Project and Scrum Masters from junior levels to expert and manager levels to help theagency monitor project schedules and budgets, prepare progress reports, and liaise with keystakeholders.Program Officers provide high-level procedural, administrative and operational support to awork area aiding the delivery of the agencys programs. They contribute to strategic planningand policy development and to changes in workplace practices and business improvementstrategies. Program Officers also liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provideadvice to ensure the consistent delivery of program services.Project Officers support the delivery of the agencys projects. They play a role in managingstraightforward projects, developing, and maintaining relationships with internal and externalstakeholders and provide specialist advice to ensure the consistent delivery of projectoutputs.Scrum Masters enable teams to self-organise, self-manage, and deliver, using agile values,principles, and practices. They guide teams towards structuring and managing their ownwork to meet their stated objectives. Scrum Masters help to balance the work of the team inthe context of competing priorities, including contributing to planning, changes in workplacepractices and business improvement strategies.
