We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a NSW Government agency based at their Chatswood office. These are contract roles starting ASAP (pending checks) and running for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension. The pay rate is $900–$950 per day+ super for 40 hours per week. The roles offer flexible working with site and office attendance as required.The Project Manager will lead the delivery of asset renewals, minor works, and improvement projects across the full investment lifecycle from concept design and business case development through to procurement, contract management, and project close-out. Projects vary in size and complexity and are delivered under the NEC4 contract model.Key Accountabilities

Deliver multiple concurrent infrastructure projects across various lifecycle phases
Lead collaboration across internal teams and external delivery partners
Manage project risks, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of project documentation
Administer NEC4 contracts and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards

Candidate Requirements

5+ years’ experience in infrastructure or utilities project delivery, ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience administering NEC4 or similar construction contracts
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in a public sector program office is preferred but not essential
