- Develop web applications utilizing expert knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu) administration, Ansible automation, PHP 8 (experience with Laravel highly regarded), and MySQL and/or PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases.
- Utilize advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the front-end of web applications, leveraging front-end libraries such as Bootstrap and Vue.js.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather requirements, document solution specifications, and write functional requirements.
- Scope, plan, and manage projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of objectives. Manage teams effectively to achieve project goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through written, verbal, and electronic communication channels.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with front-end libraries such as Bootstrap and Vue.js
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Experience working with geospatial data
- Experience with Python
- Experience implementing and consuming APIs and web services
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading the design and development of complex data-driven web applications.
- Extensive experience in Linux (Ubuntu) administration, Ansible automation, PHP 8, and MySQL/PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
- Comfortable working with Git for version control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively within a team environment.
