- Managing site administration, organization, and resource planning.
- Advising on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and HSSE policies.
- Conducting site inductions for all personnel.
- Organizing and leading site meetings.
- Establishing and maintaining effective site reporting practices.
- Monitoring work progress and collecting accurate reports.
- Promoting cost-effective and efficient construction practices.
- Managing site budgets and controlling costs.
- Participating in subcontracting and local procurement activities.
- Ensuring quality control and minimizing risks throughout site execution.
- Overseeing site demobilization and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
- Leading the final handover of the project to the customer.
- Has strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Is experienced in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects.
- Understands local regulations and safety standards.
- Is proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Is committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
