This is a permanent position working 8 days on, 6 days off roster, FIFO from Perth.Reporting to the LME Maintenance Supervisor, you will be required to:

Complete corrective and breakdown maintenance to a variety of heavy and light mobile vehicles and equipment within the LME Fleet.
Conduct scheduled workshop servicing and occasional field service breakdowns
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
Maintain a high level of safety awareness and comply with all RTIO Company Policies and procedures
Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects – increasing safety whilst reducing risk & cost
Utilise SAP to ensure that maintenance tasks are recorded, assigned, and completed to the relevant standard / specification

What you will bringTo be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
A Light Vehicle, Heavy-Duty or Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification
Excellent diagnostic fault-finding abilities
Experienced maintaining a large variety of heavy and medium Volvo, Scania and/or Isuzu trucks, light vehicles and ancillary vehicles
A Manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence or higher is essential
A good understanding of SAP maintenance systems or similar highly regarded
Ability to work cooperatively in small team, demonstrating flexibility to business requirements
