We manufacture and procure a broad range of products for commercial and residential use such as laminate, engineered stone and panel products so that all Australians can live in beautiful, practical spaces.Location:Nestled in Dardanup, WA, this position offers the unique blend of working in a dynamic manufacturing environment with the lifestyle benefits of proximity to beautiful BunburyThe role:Laminex are looking for 1 x safety-conscious Process Operators to join our Dardanup plant for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts. Requirement of a forklift license- besides that, we just want more amazing people to join our company so we are happy to train you.You will be an integral member of our manufacturing team and continue to develop your career within an innovative and driven organisation.Shift Patterns - (18.00pm - 06.00am & 06.00am to 18.00pm)This is based on a 24/7 production, and includes 4 on (2 x days, 2 x nights) and 4 off. Weekends will be required.Pay rate is well above award rates, with additional loading and any OT required.Leading by example, you will ideally hold:

A current LF forklift license - essential
Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, ideally operating on a production line
Competencies with generalist computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel
Highly safety conscious
Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
