Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanour, aiding with valet parking and luggage upon arrival and departure.
Be familiar with the hotel facilities and services to assist with guest queries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and porte-cochère areas, including clearing debris and arranging seating.
Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including booking taxis, limousines, and airport transfers.

QualificationsWhat you will bring to the role:

Passion and pride for the brand, and for luxury hospitality service
Able to connect with guests and provide a personalised hospitality service
General knowledge and understanding of hotel front office and concierge procedures is highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to your work
Flexibility to work a variety of shift times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Able to engage in manual handling following safe lifting procedures for luggage and bags
Hold a valid full Australian driver’s license.
