We're looking for professional and experienced Chefs who can work in a fast-paced production kitchen and who take pride in what they do and genuinely love cooking. You will take ownership of a section of the kitchen in an area you excel and are passionate about, to make your own!We're open 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Evening and weekend availability is essential to be successful for these vacancies. Fantastic work culture with genuine careWe're looking for…Commercial Cookery Qualification - Cert III or IV
Recognised culinary training or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in a fine dining setting is ideal
A passion for locally sourced and seasonal produce
A desire to develop among a driven & professional team
Ability to work autonomously on a section or within a fast-paced team
Availability to work across a 7-day roster, 2:00 PM - 10 PM 5 x per week (weekends Included)
Full working rights in Australia
