An eagerness to learn and be trained in the field of horticulture

Experience in residential maintenance would be an advantage as would a qualification in Horticulture (but not essential)

Knowledge of plants, pests and diseases would also be an advantage

Eye for detail

Take pride in the quality of work you produce

Great communication skills for liaising with clients

Manual drivers licence (essential)
